Xionda and Xodus had their second litters of kittens just a week apart from each other. They're now happily raising them all together, sharing the work of feeding and caring for them.

In these first two shots, Xodus's litter is just a day old, and Xionda's is a week old. Can you believe the difference in size!? In their first week, kittens should double in size.
By themselves, the older kittens look tiny, but they look huge next to their younger cousins.

That one little face, with it's tongue sticking out just a tiny bit (see the larger shot), makes this my favorite shot.

This has the makings of those stories told by elderly immigrants.
"Pipe down, whippersnapper! When I was little, we had to sleep six to a bed! And our bed was just a towel on the floor of a tent! And we liked it! Then when we went to school, we had to share everything, even our white gloves, while we walked up hill in the snow for twenty -- no, thirty -- miles! And we liked that, too!"
